How it works

  1. Stage 1 — pick a bundle + give us your birth data. Choose 3 or 5 properties, solo or couple mode. Submit the form, you'll be sent to checkout.
  2. Stage 2 — fill one short form per property. After payment we email you N links — one form per property (address, facing degrees, build year, 1-3 photos). 5 minutes each. Submit them in any order, days apart if you need to.
  3. Per-property audit (~15 min). Each property gets the same individual S$39 / S$59 audit — severity-tier scoring (Tier 1-5, point-grounded in classical canon), vision pass on photos, Google Places nearby check, BaZi chart match, Period 9 alignment. You get all N individual PDFs.
  4. Comparator (auto-triggered). When the last property is submitted, the comparator runs — ranks all properties by score, names the top pick, surfaces the score-gap honesty (5-point gap = tied, 15+ = decisive), and gives 3 concrete next actions. One additional PDF.
  5. Re-comparator (free within 30 days). Swap one property for a different address within 30 days of delivery and we re-run the comparator for free.
