How it works

    Pay via Stripe checkout. Order confirmation arrives in 1-2 minutes with a CTA to the intake form.

  2. Submit unit details + photos (~10 min)

    Address, facing direction, floor, trade category, unit photos (frontage, surroundings, satellite view). The form is single-page; total time is under 10 minutes if you have the photos ready.

  3. Pipeline scores + drafts the report

    Deterministic scoring runs first (no Claude in the loop). Then Claude renders the narrative section using the scoring rationale as input. Methodology is documented; no master-says hand-waving.

  4. PDF delivered to your inbox (~4 hours)

    6-10 page report with scoring, locale profile, remediation levers, and verdict. Reply to the email if you want clarification — included.
