Home Genie’s ladder is Vivace E (budget) → AvatarOn C (mid) → AvatarOn (designer plastic) → Unica X (forged metal). Use AvatarOn when the interior is already plastic and laminate. Use Unica X when the joinery, tapware, and door handles are metal and the switch should not be the leftover plastic on a metal wall. The Home Genie Ubi showroom has a five-finish board plus a live Stainless Steel and Dark Bronze wall. Stand the metal on a real wall before you lock a whole house. Unica X is not sold on Shopee. Manufacturer policy and the price architecture are showroom-led.
