Delivery is free on every order within Singapore.

Bigger items like ceiling fans and water heaters are delivered by our own team. Smaller items may go out by courier, and the courier will handle that delivery with you directly.

Our driver will call you before coming over. If nobody's home, you can ask them to leave the parcel at your door. If a delivery has to be rescheduled, there may be a charge.

Collecting it yourself

You can collect from our warehouse at 61 Kaki Bukit Avenue 1, #04-23, Shun Li Industrial Park, Singapore 417943. It's open Monday to Friday, 9:30am to 6pm, and Saturday, 9:30am to 5pm, and closed on Sundays and public holidays. Please call +65 6741 4377 first so we can get your order ready.

Returns

We don't accept exchanges or change-of-mind returns, so do check the size and specs before you order. If anything arrives damaged, faulty or missing, call us on +65 8837 6682 and we'll help.
