Home Genie has been in business in Singapore for 40 years. For hotels, restaurants, shops, offices and industrial sites, we do three things in the same place: supply lighting, make custom lighting, and install.
That matters on a project. One team quotes it, one team delivers it, and you do not have to chase three companies when a date moves.
Who we work with

What we supply
Our stocked lighting is built around Philips, Loyal and Ecolink.
- Downlights for lobbies, offices and corridors
- LED panels for offices and meeting rooms
- Tubes and battens, including Philips contractor grade tubes and Loyal tubes sold by the box
- Track lights for shops and F&B
- Floodlights for perimeter and yard lighting
- Wall and cove lights and ceiling lamps
- Smart lighting
High bay, emergency lighting and exit signs are sourced on request, from various brands depending on the specification you need. Send us the drawing and the quantity.
If your lighting designer has issued a schedule, send it to us. We will quote the lines we can supply and tell you plainly which ones we can't.
Custom lighting
For lobbies, restaurants, bars and feature walls, we design and make custom pendants, chandeliers and feature lighting. The first consultation is free and site visits are available. Allow around 2 months from design approval, depending on complexity. Custom pieces come with a 1-year product warranty and, because each is made to order, no change-of-mind refunds.
Installation
Installing lighting on a project is not a DIY job. Our installers can quote installation together with supply, so the scope sits in one document. Larger jobs and bulk retrofits start with a site visit, so we can check the scope and access before we quote.
How a project works with us
- You send the BOQ, lighting schedule or drawing, with ceiling heights and your date.
- We match each line and flag anything we can't supply.
- We send a quote with models, quantities and lead times per item. How long the quote takes depends on local availability of the goods.
- Samples where needed, charged at full price. A bulk order that follows a sample gets a discount. Then the order.
- Delivery and, if you want it, installation.
